Tune in Tuesday

This weekly meme is hosted by Ginger at GReads and is meant to showcase my other passion: music. Each week you can post an old or new song so that it gains more interest or is discovered by new ears. So let's help Ginger spread our love of music. Oh and don't forget to submit a link to your post over on Ginger’s site by clicking on the banner.

I'm dedicating this Tune in Tuesday to one of the most unique musicians my ears have ever heard.  I first discovered his music (and his acting chops) during the movie Wristcutters:  A Love Story.  Next time I heard his music was during an episode of So You Think You Can Dance.  After watching that performance, I knew I had to learn more about this artist.  The further I dug the more I enjoyed learning about him and his music.  Ladies and gents the man I speak of is Mr. Tom Waits.

  3. @Yani - I love a well done Indie film.

@Katelyn - Thanks for stopping by. I think he's kind of an acquired taste but, he's definitely got something that makes you take notice.

  5. @heavenisabookstore - Me too! It's one of those voices that when you hear it you automatically know who it is. Hmm...yeah it's like Ray...just a little less sexy and a tab bit more creepy. ;)
